Poland, Auschwitz Work Cards, 1944-1945

This collection contains the names of approximately 800 Jews, mostly Polish, who worked in Auschwitz around the years of 1944 and 1945. These records were originally taken to Moscow after the Russians occupied the area. Eventually, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum microfilmed this collection. The information in these records include the people's name, prisoner number, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, last residence, and profession.
